Lawyer / Business Lawyer (d/f/m) with a focus on contract law

As a business partner, you advise the business units and the management in a variety of legal questions – especially in contract law, as well as in procurement and corporate law. You are primarily responsible for the legal and commercial design of our contracts and support the business units as Sparring Partners. You are responsible for and taxing the entire process, from order clarification and procurement strategy to negotiation and conclusion of the contract and claim management. In addition, you are pushing for the further development, standardization and digitization of our internal processes. You are part of our judiciary and report directly to the management.

Successfully completed studies of law (first or second state examinations) or economic law (e.g. LL.B. or LL.M.) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in contract law. First knowledge of procurement law or the willingness to acquire these and other new jurisdictions. Analytical judgment, as well as the ability to penetrate questions legally and economically, to weigh up opportunities and risks and to make sustainable decisions. Proactive and systematic functioning as well as strong ability to cross-departmental cooperation and solution-oriented consulting of the business units. Sovereign and binding occurrence as well as very good communication and negotiation capabilities in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
