The team We are a team of 13 colleagues. Our tasks are diverse and range from shopping to feeling good management and conference support. We are the right all-rounder and ensure that work is improved sustainably in all areas.

You are organising our conference zone independently. This includes, among other things, the control of the room occupancy, the preparation of the meeting rooms and the appointment of catering. In the Post section, you will take care of the handling of the entry and exit mail. You communicate with our suppliers and service providers. You help at the reception and the telephone center. You support the delivery of warehousing.

You have a successfully completed commercial or gastronomic training or first professional experience in the office organization or in gastronomy. In addition to your self-employed work, you also like to work in the team. Your organizational skills help you to ensure a smooth run in the conference zone. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. A safe handling of the current MS Office products is obvious to you.
