Head of Finance (m/f/d) in a modern medium-sized company

• Operational management of finance, accounting and controlling • Sparring partners in financial and strategic decisions • Creation and further development of monthly reporting for management, investors and banks • Responsibility for planning, forecasting, budgeting and controlling • Coordination and support of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS • Control of external partners such as auditors, tax advisors and banks • further development of financial processes and support in scaling the corporate structures

• Study of Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification • Multiannual experience in responsible financial positions, such as finance, controlling or accounting • Funded knowledge in accounting according to HGB and IFRS, reporting, budgeting and forecasting • Experience in dealing with investors, banks and management • Analytical and strategic thinking and a pronounced number affinity • Leadership skills, hand-on mentality and experience in working with hybrid teams • Very good Excel knowledge and experience with systems such as DATEV, Lucanet or comparable ERP solutions • German and English safe in word and writing
