Rent accountant

For a subsidiary of the D.V.I. Group we are looking for a:n Rental Accountant:in. The tasks include:

Accounting of all transactions and settlement of payment transactions Responsibility for receivable management with, inter alia, guiding open-post lists, tracking receivables and performing reminder runs Maintenance of tenant accounts and performance of value adjustments Creating owner accounts and accounting for operating and heating cost accounting Creating sales tax pre-registrations as well as security management Conting, booking and monitoring of insurance cases

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification as well as professional experience in the real estate sector in the field of accounting and rent accounting First professional experience in accounting for commercial or commercial properties is advantageous Safe appearance, a high level of communication and a pronounced sense of service in dealing with owners, tenants and technicians Joy in teamwork, coupled with the ability to work independently and solution-oriented Safe handling of property standard software and MS Office Ideally experience with the Artner Account Manager and Realax (GIT)
