Independent design and execution of training of our customers and distribution partners, in the use of device and test kit combinations Support of customers and distribution partners in applied technical issues (possibly on site) Installation of devices and acquisition of maintenance tasks Creation and optimization of applications and automation solutions First Level Support Contact Input of market knowledge to optimize the respective products in close cooperation with the teams in the fields of R&E, sales and product management

Complete training for BTA, CTA or MTA or studies in biology, biotechnology or equivalent training Professional experience in laboratory environment and/or interest in automation processes in laboratory diagnostics desirable High technical competence as well as experience in device automation Team player and joy at work in direct customer contact Self-employment, flexibility and sense of responsibility Quick conception, solution-oriented thinking and communication pleasure complete your profile Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel (max. 50 %, domestic)
