In the Bischöflichen Generalvikariat Münster in the S300-Church in Society - in the S311-Structure-related pastoral - we are looking for you as soon as possible Speaker for Kita-Pastoral (w/m/d) with an employment rate of 100%, i.e. 39 hours/week. The Diocese of Münster supports the further development of the pastoral quality profile of Catholic nursery institutions (www.kita-lebensort-des-glaubens.de) through the action programme ''Kita-Lebensort des Faith''. The Kita-Pastoral coordinates and manages the cooperation of relevant bodies with regard to the pastoral and religious pedagogical profiling of the childhood institutions in Catholic support in the nrw part of the Diocese of Münster. In this area, the Bistum Münster is faced with diverse processes of change, which will also lead to changes in the structures of the day-care facilities for children (TEK). In total, around 45,000 children are currently served in the 664 day facilities.

Cooperation in the design, development and implementation of a quality management system to be created for the Catholic nursery institutions in the Diocese of Münster. You have a socio-pedagogical training or a completed (special) university course in the field of religious education/Kath. Theology, social education or a comparable degree. You have knowledge and experience in the field of the work of day-care facilities for children in Catholic institutions, in adult education and/or organisational development. You have competences in the field of cooperation with parishes. You possess strong social and communicative skills, in particular the ability and willingness to work on the team and network.
