Accounts Receivable employee (m/f/d)

Holistic project and account analysis: You work deeply into the structure of the projects and the associated debitor accounts. You will get a comprehensive overview of contract terms, budget plans and performance levels to ensure complete accounting.

Responsibility for account clarification and settlement: You take over the independent monitoring and coordination of debitor accounts.

Structured debt management: You control the entire dunning and monitoring of payment transactions. Keep in mind the payment objectives of our sponsors and partners and ensure the liquidity of the projects through consistent follow-up.

Specialized correspondence: You act as competent contact persons for internal departments (project management) and for external clients. You always conduct the sensitive correspondence in complex billing questions professionally, solution-oriented and in German as well as English.

Funded expertise: You have a successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial merchant, office merchant or tax specialist) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring multi-year, profound professional experience in accounting, preferably with a focus on debitor accounting.

Software security: In handling common accounting systems (e.g. SAP, DATEV or comparable ERP software), you are absolutely safe. You understand the technical processes behind the booking sets and use MS Office – especially Excel – as a daily tool for data analysis.

Structure and team spirit: You are characterized by an extremely careful, structured and independent way of working. Even with high project intensity, you keep an overview and appreciate the professional exchange in a dedicated team.

Communication strength: In order to ensure professional correspondence with our national and international sponsors as well as CROs, you communicate in German at the native language level and have good, reliable English knowledge in word and writing.
