Your activities make you a key designer (w/m/d) of our turnkey projects: Project captain – You take responsibility for your construction projects, run the construction site team and ensure smooth operations – with a clear view of dates, quality and cost-effectiveness. Coordinator & Efficiency Drivers – You plan and control a need-oriented and efficient personnel and material use in compliance with the relevant regulations. Quality expert – you coordinate, monitor and evaluate construction partners as well as suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Security & Sustainability – You ensure compliance with all occupational safety and environmental regulations and ensure safe, sustainable construction site operation. Your profile – Not from the bar You bring not only specialist knowledge, but also the certain “biss”. What we wish: (m/d), architect (w/m/d) or technician (w/m/d) with comparable knowledge. Industry experts – You are experienced in the handling of turnkey projects, ideally in high and industrial construction. Regulatory – Funded knowledge in the VOB and in occupational safety and environmental regulations. Digital affinity – knowledge in Microsoft Office as well as construction-specific applications, ideally iTWO. Structured & independent – self-employed, organized working with a clear view to the essential.
