Since its foundation in 1912, the Albertushof gGmbH has a long tradition in the support of people with mental impairment. Our guiding principle is: ''We listen to the voice of the individual''. Under this requirement, we offer adult people with disabilities holistic support and reliable support in all areas of life - in work, in leisure, in living and in social coexistence.

We employ around 100 employees who are aware of each person's expertise, empathy and sense of responsibility in their uniqueness. Together we create habitats that enable security, participation and personal development - with the aim of sustainably strengthening the self-determination and quality of life of our around 80 clients.

WHAT DOOR: We are looking for you as a setup manager (m/w/d) for the Albertushof!

Design the present and future of the institution with us. As a lead, you take responsibility, develop people and structures and shape a valuable corporate culture.

Take responsibility and shape the future: As a management board, you take on the overall strategic, technical, organisational and economic responsibility for our institution. You work closely with the management of the Waldheim Group, which has been part of the Albertushof gGmbH since 1993. Ensure quality and develop it in a targeted manner: You ensure the reliable implementation of the performance agreements, manage budgets and resources responsibly and develop our offers forward-looking. You strengthen people, structures and processes: Together with the management team, you systematically develop organisation, human resources development and quality management and promote a learning, efficient and value-adding work culture. Living and strengthening leadership: With a clear-cut leadership and targeted extraction, binding and development of employees, you create stability, identification and motivation. You actively promote the cross-departmental cooperation of the areas of housing, work and leisure and thus strengthen a customer- and employee-oriented corporate culture. Network and representation: You represent the Albertushof gGmbH souverän towards service providers:inside, authorities, bodies and cooperation partners:inside and actively engage in networks.

Successfully completed studies in the field of pedagogy, social education or a comparable academic discipline Multiannual management experience in the social economy, ideally in integration aid Security in handling legal framework conditions Strategic thinking and an economic understanding Experience in Conceptual Work and Organisational Development Extensive communication strength and experience in exchange with service providers, authorities and bodies

A responsible leadership task with a large design space and the opportunity to actively shape the future of our institution – from 01.10.2026 or later.
