Monitoring and control of the operating processes of all water plants, running water power plants, wehr plants, high tanks, pressure-increasing plants and intermediate pump plants, and Electricity distribution networks of Wasserwerke Westfalen GmbH by means of process control system Independently tuning the process and operating procedures with the masters of the work and the technical staff Responsible tax of all plants taking into account the drinking water regulation and from economic, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical aspects Co-ordinating and tuning with our customers and partners in changing supply conditions (e.g. as a result of structural measures) Perform plausibility controls and create statistics based on archived process data operating and monitoring all hazard reporting systems; Acting as the first instance in the event of acute hazards (breakdown, water pollution, oil/chemistry accidents in the Ruhr area, leaks) including alarming of specialist departments, fire brigade or central crisis staff Operating and monitoring systems for cyber attack detection, network management and central logging to secure critical infrastructure Observe and evaluate the spot price development on the electricity exchange as well as their consideration in the optimisation of operations Observe and evaluate the information and switching suggestions of an AI-assisted drinking water forecast tool for the optimized operation of pumps as well as PV and hydropower plants

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Good knowledge of the basics of machine, electrical and process engineering Ready to use in interlayer and call readiness service Safe handling of the usual MS Office applications Experience in operating and monitoring process control systems Ability to quickly analyze complex relationships and to correctly derive and implement subsequent actions willingness to work into constantly changing processes and system techniques and to participate in further training measures High level of team and communication skills, safe occurrence and sense of responsibility
