Since September 2023 our Kita Glüsinger Weg has been there for small explorers, explorers and their families. In our light-flooded house with huge garden there are plenty to experience: a climbing park, a water pump, a greenhouse and much more! With us, something new is discovered and tested every day. The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer pedagogical professionals the opportunity to fully develop their ideas and potential. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus. You want to take the next step of your professional career and look forward to the chance to shape and develop the Kita and the team. The management, the design of the pedagogical work, as well as the team leadership and development are your responsibility. Conceptually, you will develop the facility on the basis of our open pedagogy of mindfulness. A partnership with parents and authorities is out of question for you. The education, care and education of children inspire you.

You bring a study of pedagogy, social work or training as an educator and a training as a Kita specialist or the like. Multiannual professional practice in the field of daycare facilities is important to us. You are innovative in activity planning with the children. From excursions to the surroundings to visits of cultural institutions: You bring diverse ideas. We can presuppose communication and organizational skills, intercultural competence and a high level of responsibility, reflectivity and empathy. Good knowledge of MS-Office applications are of course for you. We want knowledge or interest in the open pedagogy of mindfulness.
