Development of standards for IT processes, methods, quality of task perception Construction and provision of PM templates, procedures, methods & tools, and standards Creation and provision of templates for standard results (technical concept, operating management concept etc.) Defining and Examination of Compliance with Methods, Standards and Rules (Processes, Styleguides, Frameworks, Templates & Tools etc.) Optimization of standards, methods, environments, architecture frameworks, templates & tools Definition and definition of procurement strategy (make vs. buy & multi vs. single) Definition of the frame parameters/requirements to the supplier selection Advising process managers on topics and questions about process optimization Dissipation of Process Keys (KPI) and Construction of IuK Scorecard Definition and coordination of the overall concept for quality management (quality parameters, quality level)

Service Catalogue Management Consumption of Service Level Requirements (SLR) Definition and structure of the metric number system and the measurement method as well as reporting Construction and updating of the service catalogue Identification of necessary adjustments to maintenance and service contracts

Product/Serviceowners: permanent (further) development and operation of the AöR internal solutions (e.g. DMS, ITSM, KANBAN etc.) Personnel: Finance and organisation Assessment of organisational change measures including staff Identification, introduction and control of roles, instances, bodies and responsibilities Consolidation of proposals for skills and personnel development Creation of job descriptions and care of workplace maps Support in the implementation of occupation processes

Creation and maintenance of internal services (service instructions, service agreements, etc.) IT Innovation Management Creating and developing the innovation strategy and defining framework conditions and parameters Priority of trend topics and assessment on relevance Support in developing a solution concept

Service Lifecycle Management: Definition of lifecycles of services (use duration of soft and hardware)

completed studies or completed training in an IT or organizational environment expert knowledge of German (competence level at least C1 according to the common European reference framework for languages) and beyond ideal Experience in the design and development of business processes and in the implementation of ITIL a high understanding Innovation capability and customer/citizen orientation and readiness for responsibility Class B and 3 licences and the willingness to use own cars for reimbursement
