You bear the overall responsibility for the high quality of life of residents and for the quality of care. You lead the multi-professional team and take over the service planning. You implement the BeneVit co-operative concept together with your team. You represent the facility to the outside – in close cooperation with municipalities, public events or network meetings. You coordinate collection management, ensure compliance with quality standards, so that the residents feel as comfortable as possible.

You have a completed training for nursing services or a comparable qualification as well as guidance experience in care. You convince by a safe, well-maintained appearance, have communicative skills and move confidently in exchange with, municipalities cooperation partners and relatives.
