Dealer Advisor / Technical Advisor in the Bicycle Industry - Germany-North Region (m/f/d)

Sales support advice from bicycle dealers to the entire Pinion product portfolio. Participation in the implementation of sales strategies directly at the specialist trade on site. Increasing and expanding an intensive relationship management with existing and new dealer partners. Actively collect feedback from the specialist trade. Construction and maintenance of a strong network within the bicycle industry and the e-bike industry. Support in the analysis of technical problems, troubleshooting and ensuring high service quality on site. Participation in fairs/events, roadshows as well as in-house events and dealer events.

Complete technical or commercial vocational training (e.g. two-wheel mechanics, mechatronics, industrial businessman). Practical experiences in bicycle retailing or in the e-bike industry are advantageous. Good knowledge / understanding in mechanics, electronics, diagnostic software and ideally in the FIT Maintenance Tool. Safe and competent appearance paired with a pronounced customer orientation. readiness to travel and an independent way of working; Experience in the field service. Passion for bikes and e-bikes, innovative technology and people and cultures. Very safe German and English in word and writing; further language of advantage.
