Heating, Ventilation, Sanitation Technician (HLS) – District Heating Projects Leipzig (m/f/d)

You carry out the technical evaluation and design of district heating stations and installations and accompany the construction design from planning to commissioning. You tax and monitor foreign companies in a professional, financial and terminological manner. You coordinate all trades and interfaces and ensure smooth cooperation. You are responsible for the procurement of external services and assist in the creation of performance descriptions. You optimise department-related business processes and contribute to increasing efficiency

You have a completed training as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) in the field of heating, ventilation, sanitary technology or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience at the current level ideally in building engineering planning (HLS) and know you with the relevant regulations. You have experience in the disposition and implementation of construction projects in the field and know how to successfully manage projects. You not only think technically, you also have a sense of numbers, costs and budgets. You have experience in project management and keep an overview in complex situations. You can control MS Office as well as SAP securely and use digital tools specifically.
