Your responsibility lies in the commercial management of the association and its subsidiaries. Together with your board colleagues, you are responsible for the future-oriented and strategic orientation of the association and its services. You design a modern human resources collection and retention and continuously develop the corporate and management culture.

You have an academic qualification in business administration, economics or the like. In addition, you will bring professional and leadership experience, like from the health or social economy. Your comprehensive business knowledge enables you to manage the association's commercial activities. With your experience in change processes, you will shape the organizational development process together with your board colleagues. Your cooperative leadership style, your high social competence and your communications talent are yours.
