Mercedes-Benz Cars Sales & Customer Experience includes the functions of Sales, After-Sales, Marketing and Product Management of Mercedes-Benz Cars and takes care of the development of the global sales organization. As an operating product management in sales, our department is responsible for the car products of Midsize Cars (C, CLE, GLC and E-Class) from the strategy phase via market launch, the entire lifecycle to the 'End of Production'. The aim is to develop innovative ideas, impulses, products, expressions, services for the corresponding vehicles and their potential customers, so as to ensure a successful future of Mercedes-Benz AG together with other areas involved. You are part of a team of product management of a platform - this means: Project management of complex, cross-resort, innovative projects Implementation of project controlling (e.g. costs, quality and dates) Creating clear policy templates based on fact-based inputs and preparing and implementing bodies Creation and coordination of content/presentations to the top hierarchy level derivation, preparation and enforcement of clear, novel recommendations for action for the decision-makers of Mercedes-Benz AG Definition and coordination of supply scenarios on sales-related topics

Other tasks: As a trainee in product management, you are a key contributor to the optimal implementation of market and customer requirements in the vehicle development process Ensuring the implementation of the processes and implementation of decisions in relevant areas Independent coordination of content, timing and processes with the relevant areas Creative analysis as a basis for new, innovative projects, products and services also with the help of AI
