You play a central role in the field of GMP compliance in production and contribute significantly to the quality and safety of our processes. Your focus: the application of cGMP requirements, the implementation of sound CAP analyses and the co-design of our continuous improvement process. Specifically, you are responsible for creating and developing relevant QMS documents such as standard work instructions, deviation reports, risk analyses as well as qualification and validation protocols. In addition, you support the validation of computer-assisted systems from conception to implementation and represent them competently in internal and external audits. Self-sufficiently lead improvement initiatives to success and drive projects to increase efficiency. In particular, you act as project or subproject management within the scope of digitalization projects in production. Last but not least, as a Production System Owner, you are responsible for defined systems, ensure their regular operation and act as a central interface between quality, production and IT. The result of your work: transparent documentation, structured analyses and resilient decision bases.

Completed scientific or technical studies, a completed further education, such as the pharmacist (m/w/d), or corresponding professional practice in a comparable position Experience in the GMP environment and the implementation of IT solutions (e.g. MES and serialization solutions) or a comparable background, e.g. as IT project management Experience in the creation of QMS documents (such as standard work instructions, deviation reports, risk analyses, qualification and validation protocols) Fun to work into complex processes and to prepare them for colleagues A communication-proof, responsible team player working structured and independent
