Are you ready to give your career a strong start as a production employee (m/w/d)? This position does not require years of experience, but only your willingness to use, your commitment and your willingness to work in a dynamic team. As a production employee, you will actively contribute to the smooth and effective processes in our production process. In the 4-shift system, you can introduce your skills and become part of a played team. German knowledge on B1 level is required to communicate successfully daily.

• You will operate machines and make sure they run efficiently.
• You will be responsible for the control and quality assurance of the products.
• You will work in the early, late or night shift system.
• You care for order and cleanliness in the work area.

We are looking for

You are motivated, eager and ready to start your career? Then you bring the best conditions to be successful as a production employee (m/w/d). We are looking for a team player with organizational skills and a proactive way of working.

• You ideally have a school degree or a comparable qualification.
• You have sufficient German knowledge (at least B1 level).
• You are flexible and ready to work in a 3-4 layer system.
• You have the ability to follow technical instructions and work independently.
• You have a quick understanding and are ready to learn new skills.
