Complete and independent implementation of TGA planning projects Priority of project management TGA according to HOAI performance phases 1-7 Development of a project schedule for the implementation of all preparatory work, planning content and documentation Detailed visit of projects (including logging), to the clarification of techn. Higher Education Engineering (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) Building technology or comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in the independent project management for TGA construction projects in housing construction Experience gained in the planning of supply systems (including the dimensioning of heat generation systems, pipe network calculations, design hydr. Components) Extensive knowledge of plant engineering for the determination of stock integration and for coordination requirements with executive bodies Good knowledge of energy recovery conditions in existing construction as well as outlines (e.g. façade insulation, window values, etc. and surveying necessary.
