As a manager, you will be responsible for the technical services sector, responsible for the technical and technical guidance and further development of your team members at the Dresden and Gilching sites and coordinate the organisational topics of the team on site. As part of the customer service, the Technical Services team is responsible for the production and maintenance of technical documentation and provides technical support to the airlines and internal workshops. You work with the team in addition to the product development process and build big data competencies for preventive state monitoring. As an interface to external customers, suppliers and other internal departments, you plan, monitor and optimize the team's work processes and ensure the maintenance of quality and appointment specifications. You prioritize tasks taking into account strategic business objectives and overarching needs, identify process weaknesses and initiate sustainable improvement measures.

You have completed technical studies or are technicians (m/w/d) with multi-year professional experience in a comparable position. A pronounced analytical and solution-oriented approach combined with the ability to prepare and analyze commercial and technical data helps you control complex technological processes. You are characterized by a strong communication and conflict resolution competence and understand how to motivate your team and work independently with our customers. MS Office applications and common ERP systems serve you sovereignly and efficiently. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, as well as the availability of service trips complete your profile.
