International Trainee Research & Development (m/f/d)

Your start: You start as an International Trainee in Research & Development as of November 1, 2026. After a joint onboarding with your trainee-year course, you enter your first station directly and work actively on tasks and projects from the outset. Your program: You design your 18-month trainee program independently and select your stations in the Research & Development area as well as in adjacent national and international areas. In addition, you will gain further practical experience through short deployments, for example in production or in the field service, and can also try a station within the Oetker group, for example in a start-up. Your topics: You bring your own ideas and work on the further development of products, processes and technologies. You will also work with digitization and future topics, such as the evaluation and introduction of AI solutions, to further develop existing tools and working methods. Your development & perspective: In responsible operations from four to twelve weeks in day-to-day business and in projects, you gradually take more responsibility and develop towards your first firm role at Dr. Oetker. Your international experience: During a four- to six-month foreign mission, you work in one of our national companies, expand your network and get to know the work outside the headquarters. You tune the site together with your contacts. Your Network & Sparring: You start with your trainee year and become part of an active trainee community. During the program, a Buddy as well as a mentor at the management level are at your side as savings partners.

Your background: You have successfully completed your master's degree with food cover until the start of the trainee program. Your experience & knowledge: You speak fluently German and English, bring an international mindset and have already gained at least three months of experience abroad. You are passionate about research & development as well as food and have already gained first practical experience, for example through internships or student activities. First insights into the FMCG environment or the start-up context are advantageous. Your way of working & Personality: You are interested in professional and entrepreneurial relationships, want to take responsibility and address topics structured, solution-oriented and data-based. You actively pursue digital trend topics and new technologies and also engage in the use of AI to develop processes and working methods. You like to leave your comfort zone, are ambitious, ready to learn and continually develop. With your hands-on mentality, your communicative skills and team spirit, you can work with others and actively build networks.
