We are now looking for a team manager WEG Administration (m/w/d) for our branch in Kiel. The establishment is a family-run company that manages around 5,000 residential and commercial units in Kiel and the surrounding area.

Leadership and organisation of a 10-person WEG team (consisting of administrators:inside, accounting staff:inside and technicians:inside) Supporting a WEG portfolio Implementation of owner meetings Implementation and implementation of the decisions taken Communication with administrative councils and housing owners Planning and monitoring of repair work Support for specialist departments, including accounting Reporting to management Support for personnel search and implementation of WEG interviews Commercial and personal responsibility for the department

Completed commercial training in the real estate industry (e.g. real estate businessman/wife) or comparable qualification Very well-founded knowledge in WEG law Several years of experience in property management and the execution of owner meetings First experience in employee management is advantageous Team skills Empathy as well as communication strength for clear and binding communication as well as safe handling of owners, advisers and service providers, including in meetings Sovereign appearance and high customer orientation Knowledge in dealing with the common Microsoft Office products and a certain EDV affinity driving licence class B
