Together with us, you shape the change of insurance companies in the context of digitalization processes and projects. Among other things, you perform the following tasks: As a link between the department and development team, you support it in describing the requirements and act as a Sparring partnerin You work independently on agile and classic implementation projects with customized IT solutions In addition, you identify potentials for process optimization and develop powerful solution concepts As an important partnerin you support the project management and the project management office You will accompany the tests of the implemented software You are motivating yourself to the further development and presentation of our services

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, mathematics, economics or comparable training (e.g. insurance businesswoman / ‐mann) You have already gained experience in requirements engineering or in business analysis at the interface between specialist and IT department You have well-founded experience in insurance products or insurance core processes In addition, you bring excellent communication and moderation skills as well as analytical thinking and abstraction capability with A sovereign appearance at the customer and a resilient handling of time-critical (customer) requests are of course for you Very good German skills (from C1 level) and English skills complete your qualifications
