Tax clerk or accountant (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Own and responsible creation of a proper accounting for several group companies under national trade law and tax law Support for the establishment of monthly and annual accounts of these companies (further) Development and application of cost and performance accounting to support management in business decisions settlement and monitoring of payment transactions and liquidity management support Real estate management incl. creation of NK accounting and monitoring of rental payments as well as communication with external house managers Support in creating reporting Acquisition of administrative tasks and independent processing of smaller projects Processing of emails, telephone calls and inquiries, both internally and externally, with a high level of professionalism and discretion Handling confidential information and tasks with reliable confidentiality and full sense of responsibility

We look forward to this: Successfully completed training to/from the tax specialist or balance sheet holder(s) as well as several years of practical experience Safe handling of DATEV as well as common MS Office programs and digital tools Excellent communication skills in word and writing in German Ideal experience in a family office Self-employed and structured working with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A high level of discretion, loyalty and sense of responsibility Flexibility, loadability even under pressure and a solution-oriented, structured operation with the pleasure of high self-responsibility Friendly appearance and professional and binding forms of handling
