To learn more from us, please visit our website. www.bildung-sg.de To build our team Coaching & Partner Management, we are looking for new freelance professionals on a fee-based basis who are willing to coach unemployed people (representatives of ALG I and II) with health/psychic restrictions predominantly looking (16k SGB II) and in their own rooms in Bochum. Objectives: As a coach at the BSG, you help people integrate themselves into the labour market in a sustainable manner. You accompany participants through a structured everyday life and help them overcome health, social and professional challenges.

Implementation of information and initial discussions with participants Analysis of the current biopsycho-social situation of participants Building and maintaining a relationship of trust with the participants Network work with authorities and institutions Support in addressing everyday problems and achieving a structured daily design formulate common goal finding for the coaching process (S-M-A-R-T) Documentation of the work and preparation of participant-related final reports Entry of the minutes of the meeting and maintenance of the attendance lists and signatures

Fachhochschul- or Bachelor degree or a comparable formal degree according to level 6 of the German Qualification Framework or a comparable professional At least two years of relevant professional experience, especially in the care of unemployed or socially disadvantaged people A variety of methods repertoire, in particular in discussion and conflict management and systemic advice Knowledge and application of forms of intervention and consulting for holistic care Experiences with looking advice and knowledge of life-world concepts Intercultural competence and networking competence Basic knowledge of the process in the rehabilitation process according to SGB IX This is very important to us We have a very high demand for our work at the BSG.
