You shape learning as an integral part of transformation – with end-to-end ovnership from idea to scaling. These include in particular: From vision to roadmap to operating model, you shape learning strategies and global academy approaches that empower and measurable teams. Through your line, scalable structures are created: You build Target Operating Models (TOM) for Learning & Enablement including governance, roles and control logics. Make effect visible: You define KPIs, reporting mechanisms and impact measurement logics (effectiveness, adoption, business impact) for data-based decisions. From requirements, solutions are translated into concrete, implementable learning and enablement approaches with clear prioritization. You keep an overview of international rollouts, design and control enablement and rollout approaches in complex, global organisations. You develop modern learning formats (digital, dazzled, AI-assisted, e.g. performance support, learning in the flow) and allow learning where it works immediately. You moderate workshops and control multi-layered stakeholders from specialist to management with a focus on alignment. Testing hypotheses, measuring effectiveness, scaling successes: You drive the continuous improvement by piloting, evaluating and scaling based on data and feedback. Mind. 4 years of experience in L&D, HR, Change or Transformation – in a consultancy or comparable in-house role Safe in cooperation and management of projects, workstreams or initiatives Strong communication and moderation as well as sovereign handling of different stakeholders from specialist to management Analytical, structured and at the same time pragmatic method including Ownership and earnings orientation Detectable experience in building or developing academies, enablement programs or learning structures Trusted with governance, operating models and control logics in the L&D context Practice with digital learning formats, LMS/LXP and modern learning technologies (although AI-supported) High interest in shaping learning as a lever for transformation and organisational development
