You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Accounting Division. In this key position, you shape the company's digital future through digital and automated processes and drive the use of AI in accounting. Strategic further development: Responsibility for business-wide accounting based on current SAP, in future S4/Hana Data Quality & Governance: Design and Ensure of Processes, Internal Control Systems and Tax Compliance, as well as Account Plan and Unified and Timely Accounting of All Business Falls Reporting & Analysis: Individually responsible creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts based on HGB / KHBV and support in liquidity management Data-driven decisions: creation and analysis of adhoc evaluations and cooperation in the planning process for multiannual planning Change Management: Responsibility for the introduction of S4/Hana and Project Management: Leadership of Change Projects and Interface Management between IT, Medical and Commercial Controlling, Financial Department and Management Board
