In your role plan, coordinate and accompany the rollout of project management standards, methods and tools into the organization You enable project managers and project teams to apply the defined standards in daily business You carry out training, workshops and training and develop target group-specific training concepts In addition, coach project teams, PMOs and executives in the application of methods, processes and tools The active support of the transformation and change processes in the project environment and the support for implementation in the operational business are also part of your responsibility You identify implementation barriers and develop pragmatic solutions to ensure the application of standards You can also moderate cross-departmental votes, Lessons Learned Formats and Feedback Rounds The systematic collection of feedback from projects and evaluation of these with regard to optimization potentials is another part of your field of activity You work closely with the governance unit and reflect insights structured in the further development of standards and methods You support the introduction and application of project management tools and the establishment of uniform working methods You actively promote a uniform project management culture and strengthen understanding of standards, roles and processes in the company The participation in cross-departmental transformation initiatives and continuous improvement measures completes your exciting task

You have completed their studies, e.g. economic engineering, business management, computer science, mechanical engineering or comparable qualifications. You bring multi-year practical experience in project management, PMO, project management or in transformation or Change projects with You have a good understanding of project management methods and their application in practice You have experience with popular PM and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Power BI, Jira or Confluence Furthermore, it is possible to convey complex content to the address and translate it into training and coaching formats. You communicate safely with different stakeholders and move confidently in cross-division votes Embossed moderation, coaching and change skills are characteristic for you You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in dynamic environments German and English language skills in word and writing complete your profile
