To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated sales manager (m/w/d) investment for the Nord-Ost region (Berlin, Brandenburg, Neuruppin). Your tasks: You act as a professional and sales partner for our asset advisors in your region and actively support them from your home office – both professional and sales – and are part of a strong team of sales supporters. Your expertise and enthusiasm give you valuable impulses, boost sales success and implement them together with the asset advisors on site. You qualify the asset advisors in the fields of investment products as well as sales competence and convince them by your human knowledge, expertise and your ability to inspire others. You plan and conduct independently training events, workshops, webinars and trainings and introduce fresh ideas for innovative learning formats.

You have a completed training as a bank or investment merchant (m/w/d) or an economic studies, supplemented by several years of relevant professional experience. You bring comprehensive know-how in the field of investment products and can convey complex facts in a comprehensible manner. With your strong target orientation and motivation, you will encourage others to benefit. Self-responsible work and entrepreneurial thinking are of course for you. You stand up safely and convincingly, have enforcement capability and strong team player qualities. High customer and service orientation are not only a task for you, but a lived attitude.
