We are responsible for the demand-oriented provision, administration and development of desktop virtualization in the context of the OSPlus workstation. Our activities include safe, stable and economical operation to provide the services defined in the service level and the strategic development of the platform.

Continuing and further developing the Windows Frontend Workstation based on Citrix Terminal Servers for the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe as well as the PowerShell based automations second and third level support for incident incidents including Troubleshooting, Disturbation and Root Cause Analysis Binding implementation of optimizing measures in the sense of the problem management Identification of technological advancement potentials of the platform with the aim of maximum customer experience for our customers

Complete technical university studies or comparable training At least 6 years of professional experience Finded knowledge in the environment of Windows Server infrastructures, especially in the Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops & Citrix XenServer and Powershell Script Development & C# Knowledge of dependent technologies (including virtualization, networking, file services, anti-virus protection, print services) and a fundamental understanding of IT security mechanisms “Hands-On” mentality combined with the associated experience in the development of productive IT system landscapes as well as innovative approaches and problem-solving creativity (“Out of the box”) Transparent and targeted communication within the company, towards manufacturers and our customers, as well as conceptual, structured and independent work
