Dental assistant/dental nurse/dental hygienist in reception, part-time or full-time (m/f/d)

Reception and care of patients: cordial reception of our patients, requesting the patient's anamnese, creating patient records. QM (in the future/after incorporation): management of the quality management in the reception. Creating workflows, incorporating new employees, improving structures. Phone management: Professional acceptance and forwarding of calls, answering patient requests (mail & telephone), appointment assignment and coordination. Administrative tasks: treatment of patient data, administration of schedules, preparation of certificates, medical regulations and recipes. Communication: Close cooperation with the practice team and the doctors to ensure smooth practice.

Specialist: Completed vocational training as ZMV/ZFA/ZMF Health experience: previous experience in reception or administration, idially with knowledge in dental billing. Communication strength: Friendly and professional appearance in dealing with patients and colleagues. Organizational talent: ability to efficiently organize tasks and keep track of them. Teamability: willingness to work together in the team and to support the practical objectives. IT knowledge: Safe handling of common office software and appointment management systems.
