expert advice from customers in the food and meat products industry – technology, sensory and process-related Performance of product presentations, application demonstrations and practical tests at the customer Customer support in recipe development and optimization (Brühwurst, Rohwurst, Kochwurst, Convenience, Marinaden, Rubs) Creation of product specifications, application recommendations and technical documentation Analysis of production processes and development of technological solutions Close cooperation with product development, QS, sales and external services Identification of optimization potentials and development of new application concepts Implementation and monitoring of sampling, test series and product approaches Support for complaint management and technological issues Market and competition observation in spices, additives and food ingredients

Complete training or studies in food technology, meat technology, food processing technology, butcher master or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in meat production or the Spice/Food industry desirable Knowledge of spices, spice mixtures, marinades, additives and their use Safe technical understanding of production processes in the food industry Experience in sensory evaluation and interest in product and process optimization Communication strength, presentation capability and joy at direct customer contact Structured, self-organized and result-oriented operation readiness to travel in the field (regional or national, depending on the area) Secure handling of MS Office, ERP systems and documentation tools
