Your mission As a CNC specialist / machining mechanic (m/w/d/kA), you take a key role in our production. You are responsible for the programming, installation and optimization of our CNC machining centres and continuously develop our production processes. In addition to operating production, you will bring your experience into the continuous development of our manufacturing processes. You develop tensioning devices and devices, optimierst machining strategies, and help us create our production with modern technologies and digital solutions for the future.

Manufacturing of high-precision components on the most modern 5-axis machining centres of Kern Microtechnik and Hermle by milling and coordinate grinding operations in the μm range Own-responsible programming, installation and operation of modern CNC milling and turning machines including the introduction of new components Creation and optimization of CNC and CAM programs with Heidenhain iTNC 530, iTNC 640, TNC7, Autodesk PowerMill and Autodesk Fusion Measurement and armor of tools and automation systems and performance of quality tests and measurements Development of clamping means, devices and manufacturing aids including technical design drawings Analysis and optimisation of manufacturing processes and the co-design of new manufacturing technologies and the digitization of our production Active participation in the digitalization of our production in the context of Hoffmann Connected Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 Implementation of maintenance, maintenance and maintenance work in its own responsibility to ensure machine availability

You have a completed training as a tool mechanic, precision mechanics, surgical mechanic, machining mechanic or a comparable technical training You have professional experience in CNC milling and ideally also in CNC turning as well as in the programming of Heidenhain controls Ideally, you have experience in CAM programming with Autodesk PowerMill or Autodesk Fusion as well as in dealing with core microtechnology or Hermle machining centres You have a strong technical understanding, work safely according to technical drawings and test plans and enjoy precise manufacturing You think economically, trade responsibly and keeps quality, efficiency and costs alike in mind You work structured and solution-oriented and actively contribute to the further development of manufacturing processes A further education on the technician or master as well as first experience in the professional leadership are advantageous Team skills, own initiative and good German skills complete your profile
