Creating programs as well as the independent setup and operation of CNC machining centres (focus milling technology with Heidenhain control)

independent production of components, blanks and assemblies according to technical drawings and specifications

Continuous monitoring of ongoing manufacturing processes and performance of quality and measurement tests to meet high standards

Repair of manufacturing malfunctions on the machines and the continuous optimization of machining parameters and tool inserts

Successfully completed vocational training in the metal sector (e.g. as machining mechanic, CNC milling machine, precision mechanics or a comparable qualification)

Finded CNC skills, experience in setting up machines and detectable programming skills (ideally Heidenhain)

High reliability, strong quality awareness and careful and independent working

Compulsory readiness to work in the shift system

First relevant professional experience in milling
