Own-responsible costing of demanding and complex construction measures in road construction taking into account technical and economic targets Developing cost-covering and competitive offers with clear market and feasibility Analysis of functional tenders and evaluation of optimization potentials to strengthen the competitive position Systematic identification and assessment of opportunities and risks within the framework of the provision of services Active participation in bidder talks and negotiations with clients Close cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams during the supply and execution phase Creation of complex technical and construction-time-related supplements

You bring several years of professional experience in costing, as an alternative you have a well-founded practice as a building manager (m/w/d) in earth, underground or road construction Cost- and outcome-oriented thinking as well as entrepreneurial action are the key to your daily work You work independently, structured and with a clear view for the essential, even in complex technical and commercial contexts Complex facts translate safely into practical concepts and economically viable solutions In dealing with the MS Office package as well as the costing program iTWO you are safe and routined You convince as a reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the necessary discretion in sensitive project situations Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
