The Single Opponents for Employers (EAA) inform, advise and support companies in the training, recruitment and employment of people with severe disabilities. You sensitize and pay the operators proactively or individually. You also support the communication and application of the relevant social security and rehabilitation services.

You have completed training and relevant professional experience e.g. in human resources or health management or an instructor's certificate or a completed study in the social field, in business or law Acquiring and connecting contacts in personal, telephone and written form is your passion It is fun to talk to employers to sensitize them for training, recruitment and employment of people with severe disabilities, to cooperate with them and to maintain networks Inclusion and promotion of professional participation of people with disabilities is motivation for you You have experiences or are happy to work in the subject area of SGB IX You have knowledge and experience with operational processes and structures in different industries and different sized enterprises in the private sector and the public service Your handling of moderation and presentation techniques is routiniert You have the ability to empirically deal with entrepreneurial thinking You have a strong collaborative capacity as well as service and problem-solving competence You have computer skills and a driving licence
