Head of Planning and Construction (m/f/d)

In this function you are responsible for the development and construction of the area in close coordination with the technical management and in accordance with the organisational project derived therefrom. In this context, you take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the area and motivate your employees on the basis of modern leadership principles with appreciation, recognition and promotion to excellence You engage in continuous optimization and further development of the organisational processes and establish efficient processes This includes, in particular, ensuring an efficient execution planning of cross-species construction measures, taking into account the requirements, among others, in the field of asset management In addition, you take responsibility for the economic and proper implementation of planning services for expansion and renewal measures in electricity, gas, water and heat networks You shall ensure the creation and compliance of the investment budget and the participation in compliance with the maintenance budget, including counter-control measures for deviations You also support the strategic network and business development and contribute to the long-term success of your area as well as to the implementation of analyses, key figures management and innovation You shall ensure the organisation of an efficient decommissioning service, the participation in call readiness and the adoption of management functions in emergency staff You represent the company at internal and external committee meetings, committees and networks, as well as authorities and municipalities

A successfully completed (specialized) university degree in energy or supply engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline - ideally connected with a sense of numbers and commercial relationships Multiannual professional and management experience in network construction and/or operation and the qualification for technical leadership Professional and personal authority with a team-oriented understanding of leadership and the competence to formulate goals, to control processes, to prepare and implement decisions, and to promote employees in their professional and personal development Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and regulatory management Impressed project management competence as well as good analytical and conceptual skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and action High ready-to-use, enforceability and resilience in order not to lose sight of the goals even in challenging situations Communicative strength, a sovereign and persuasive appearance and joy in working with internal and external stakeholders
