Our client is an international industrial system supplier from the field of regenerative energies (EPC). In his long history, he has established himself as a globally recognized partner for the supply of components, controls and the design of large and small plants for sustainable power generation.

In the course of growth, we are looking for the Head of Engineering (m/w/d) in the discrete mandate. In this function, you are responsible for the global strategic and operational orientation of the entire engineering sector - product development, design, project engineering as well as the standardization and digitization of engineering processes.

Strategy development and project responsibility: Development and implementation of a global engineering strategy in line with corporate goals and responsibility for design, development and technical implementation of large-scale projects in energy plant engineering Innovation and Process Optimization: Promoting Innovation, Standardization and Using Modern Digital Tools (e.g. CAD/CAE, PLM Systems) and Continuous Improvement of Best Practices and Knowledge Management in Engineering Team management and cooperation: management and development of international engineering teams, close cooperation with manufacturing, operations, supply chain and sales as well as responsibility for personnel development, follow-up planning and training programs

Training and leadership experience: Complete study in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable (MBA of advantage) as well as many years of leadership experience in the international, technical environment, preferably in plant or mechanical engineering Engineering and Project Management Competence: Funded knowledge in managing engineering processes, product development and project development, with experience in global development structures and working with multi-site teams and interdisciplinary projects Skills in Digitization and Communication: Experience with Modern Engineering Systems (CAD/CAE, PLM, ERP), Detectable Successes in the Implementation of Innovation and Efficiency Programs as well as Strong Communication and Leadership Competence in International Stakeholder Management
