Management of the DPD Logistics Depot with ensuring operational operation Ensure compliance with internal processes, the document management system and current compliance and governance rules Exchange with relevant interfaces (e.g. sales, customer service, operations) to ensure effective depot operation Promoting information exchange, e.g. by organizing meetings of the management team Coordination with the Area Manager and Regional Controller for the Budget for Framework Partners and Control of Negotiations with System Partners Continuous improvement of productivity through touring and process optimization Regular control of the sales, earnings and costs situation and derivation of appropriate measures Responsibility for achieving business results and ensuring good audit results

Completed commercial training or business studies with a focus on logistics Multiannual professional experience in a leading function with the leadership of employees Very good market and industry knowledge in the logistics / KEP environment Entrepreneurial-strategic thinking and action with high target and result orientation Ability to self-control as well as good analytical and conceptual skills Embossed quality and customer orientation Negotiability and enforcement
