Teamlead Quality, Test & Acceptance (m/f/d)

Your new tasks

• You are responsible for the disciplinary and professional team management of the QTA team in NSC engineering incl. Implementation and further development of the NSC-wide test strategy, as well as the cross-project planning and management of dates and team resources in the quality and test context.
• You design and develop a framework for comprehensive suites of automated test cases and test case implementations in relation to the integrated navigation systems to be tested.
• You will accompany your team members from their attitude to onboarding to project everyday. You also take responsibility for the professional development of all team members in terms of methods, processes and tools.
• You analyze customer requirements and guide test targets and quality features that are taken into account when creating project-specific master test concepts and corresponding step test concepts for the further test stages.
• You guide the test designers to the implementation of the requirements made in the test strategy Test design and ensure the defined test cover.
• You make sure the test process works incl. Preparation and monitoring of the planned test runs in the respective program/project in compliance with necessary work rules, templates and instructions.
• You plan and monitor the construction, maintenance and maintenance of the NSC test facilities.

**You will fit us if:**

• You completed a technical engineering degree.
• You have gathered several years of professional experience as a test manager as well as as a test designer in the project environment of development activities.
• You have professional and ideally first disciplinary leadership experience.
• You are familiar with the methods of testing, as well as measuring and testing methods and ideally have a training as the “ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level – Test Manager”.
• You're ideally experiencing test automation.
• You bring high commitment, high reliability, high communicative competence and empathy.
• You can communicate technical facts safely in English.
