Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As an Advanced Expert Automation/Wafertest Program (w/m/div.) you will lead the introduction of innovative automation solutions, data analysis and in-line assessment methodology in the wafer test. In this function, you work with the groups in the IPN (international production network) for wafer testing, factory automation and the corresponding IT and hardware groups. As an interface between hardware and software You software projects from requirement analysis to production in the role of business owner and lead our vision of the fully automatic wafer test to entrepreneurial success. You identify comprehensive optimization and automation potentials and develop solutions together with the specialist experts. You take responsibility for coordinated and effective demand engineering. You develop key figures for the area and represent the project progress towards management.

Education: completed university studies (Master/Diplom) in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, physics, computer science or a comparable degree course Qualifications: years of experience in the field of wafer testing and the associated test contents and analyses, deep knowledge of the software and hardware side of the associated automation and data processing, experience in project management and ideally also in the associated management of employees Personality: team-ready, flexible, motivated, resilient and strong communication Working methods: independent and self-responsible operation, cross-linking and result-oriented working style, focus on highest reliability and quality Languages: very good German and English skills
