Quality Assurance Employee in the Laboratory (m/f/d)

You carry out quality-relevant tests in accordance with applicable test and process specifications and document the results. You take on your own production control and ensure that process and product standards are complied with. In case of deviations, you support the cause analysis and develop appropriate corrective measures independently. You work closely with production, R&E and other interfaces to identify quality problems and to resolve them sustainably. You assess product properties, such as colour tones or other relevant quality features, both visually and measurically. You ensure the functionality of all test equipment used and perform calibrations or Functional controls.

Successfully completed technical or scientific training, for example in the laboratory, material, production or quality environment – or a comparable qualification. Experience in handling test methods, materials or production processes is desirable, but not absolutely necessary. Also motivated cross-comers with willingness to learn are welcome. Secure handling of IT applications (e.g. Microsoft 365); Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus. Joy of team-oriented and cross-disciplinary cooperation, for example with production or development. Ready to work in 3-shift operation
