Location: Freiberg bei Chemnitz Reference number: 2026-0117 Working time: Full time (unlimited)

You coordinate independent construction sites in the area of low and medium voltage You take responsibility for construction projects from planning to completion and ensure the economic, technical and timely execution of your orders You plan your team (including technicians, temporary workers) and dispose of equipment and material for your construction sites, including the control of subcontractors You always keep an eye on compliance with internal standards (quality management) as well as overriding guidelines (HSEQ / occupational safety) in order to achieve the project objectives successfully You are a competent contact person for our customers, suppliers, offices and internal colleagues m/w/d in the design and actively promotes optimizations

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics / electricians m/w/d) with master and/or Graduate or studies with a focus on electrical engineering / energy technology or comparable qualifications with corresponding professional experience Professional experience as a building manager m/w/d, desirable in a coordinating function or increasing self-confidence into this role Ideally experience in the construction of power grids in the area of low and medium voltage Good MS Office Knowledge and Driving Class B Self-responsible and committed working style, negotiation skills and joy in work in the team and the joint achievement of your project goals
