Construction technician building construction for our factory premises (m/f/d)

Building support: Responsibility for the construction of buildings and land on the premises. Project management: planning, coordination and monitoring of new, rebuilding, maintenance and rehabilitation measures. Construction management: accompaniment of construction projects from the first idea through implementation to billing. Service provider control: coordination and support of craft companies, specialist planners and external service providers. Interface management: coordination with internal specialist departments and external contacts. Cost control: audit of offers and invoices and monitoring of costs, dates and quality standards. Examination management: organisation and coordination of statutory audits and maintenance on buildings and technical facilities. Maintenance: Ensuring the proper condition of buildings, installations, doors and gates.

Qualification: Complete further training for the state-tested construction technician with a focus on building construction. Ideally, a further education to the mason master or similar qualification. Expertise: Wide expertise in statics, building physics, various constructions as well as materials and construction materials. Professional experience: experience in the planning and implementation of renovation, renovation, maintenance and new construction projects in the industrial environment. Practice: Hands-on mentality and pleasure in the practical implementation of projects in various sizes, difficulty levels and structures. Project understanding: Safe look for quality, costs, dates and economic feasibility. Organizational institution: Structured working, self-initiative and strong will for implementation. Communication strength: Sovereign handling of craft companies, service providers and internal departments. IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel for cost and time tracking as well as Word and Outlook for project documentation and communication with internal and external contact persons.
