Cleaner as Foreman Vehicle Cleaning

At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a foreman:in vehicle cleaning (w/m/d) for DB Services GmbH at the Cologne site.

Your tasks:

• Handling and care of cleaning equipment and materials; independent addition of misuses
• You organize the personnel deployment and guide the cleaning team professionally, including work and environmental education
• Implementation and maintenance of the quality management system and implementation of input, intermediate and final tests
• You coordinate the work assignments, get in touch with clients and work consistently on their implementation
• Document services, deviations and quality assurance measures in the shiftbook and mobile app
• You are responsible for compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the entire process
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and services on and in vehicles by active cooperation in cleaning (including basic and daily cleaning)

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed training as a building cleaner:in, glass cleaner:in or alternatively several years of experience as cleaning power

• Ideally, you have already gained first experience as a manager in a service company, e.g. in the field of care, vegetation care, logistics

• Working in layers does not matter to you (Mo-So / Early, Late and Night Layer)

• You are physically stressable, friendly, customer-oriented and have a high level of empathy as well as enforcement

• At best you have a valid class B driver's license as well as fluent German and Turkish knowledge in word and writing
