Own responsible organisation and coordination of all administrative and organizational processes in the office of the factory management Operational day-to-day operations support and organisational and strategic issues Preparation, coordination and follow-up of meetings, appointments and measures Working in internal projects Support in applicant management and selected personal tasks Trustful interface between factory management, specialist departments and external contacts

Successfully completed commercial training or completed studies with an economic focus Multiannual professional experience in an assistance function, ideally in a manufacturing company Structured, independent and reliable operation as well as a distinct organizational design High discretion, service orientation and sense of responsibility Safe and sovereign appearance and pronounced communication skills Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
