As Project Manager Rollout SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) (m/w/d) you take the overall responsibility for planning, controlling and successful implementation for several countries in our EC Rollout in over 30 countries ...concrete means: Central interface between the global and local project team and regular coordination with all project and process participants Review of project progress, early recognition of project risks and proactive development of solution strategies Creation of regular status reports on the project development for management and stakeholders Active participation in the testing of new processes and implemented country requirements as well as ensuring the correct data transmission in HCM and other subsystems Support for countries in implementing necessary change measures

Project experience in global SAP implementation projects in SAP HCM Personal Administration (PA) or other HCM modules First knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Understanding HR processes and best practices Multiannual project management experience in HR Completed study of business management, economic informatics or a comparable degree programme Secure appearance and communication and conviction Flowing German and English skills
