You make sure that everything goes around in the daily business – organisational, human and technical. Your tasks with us Main contact partner for our customers at Blankenfelde-Mahlow Professional leadership, operational planning and support of a team of about 10 to 12 employees Organization and coordination of daily processes at the local customer Ensuring smooth cooperation between customer, team and branch Maintenance of proofs of use and hours and documentation Preparation of evaluations, reports and correspondence Support for technical issues in operational daily business Ensuring service quality and continuous optimization of operations

Technical or craft training – ideally with further training to the technician / master Experience in coordinating teams or first personnel responsibility Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English for communication in the international environment Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook Organizational strength, initiative and sense of responsibility Communication strength and a professional appearance at the customer driving licence class B
