We are looking for: For our well-known customers in the metal industry, we are looking for an operating electrifier (m/w/d) at the Velbert site.

Your tasks:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance work (repair and maintenance) on electrical and electronic equipment and machine components (e.g. drives, controls, motors)
• Repair, maintenance and maintenance in the building sector, also in cooperation with external specialist companies
• troubleshooting, localization of faults and timely remediation during operation
• cooperation in project work (e.g. modernization, energy efficiency measures, conversion of plants)
• Creation, maintenance and updating of maintenance plans, work orders and documentation
• Implementation of safety checks, fault analyses and implementation of corrective measures in accordance with standards (e.g. VDE, DGUV)
• Cooperation with production, mechanics, electronics and IT to solve problems
• Support in shiftwork, if necessary out-planned operations in case of malfunctions

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrician (m/w/d) (e.g. an electronic engineer for operating technology (m/w/d), an electronic engineer for energy and building technology (m/w/d), mechatronics (m/w/d) or a comparable qualified specialist
• Multiannual professional experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in automated production
• Knowledge of electrical installation, control and drive technology, PLC programming knowledge (Siemens S7, TIA Portal or comparable) are advantageous
• Understanding mechanics and sensor technology
• Experience in measurement technology and earthing/protection
• Reading technical documents, schematics and I/O lists
• Problem-solving, independent and structured operation
• Teamability, high reliability and readiness to shift services (2-shift)
• Good knowledge of German
• Class B driving licence and authorization to guide lifting or forklift trucks desirable
